Многоцентровое исследование эффективности послеоперационного обезболивания в Украине с использованием парацетамола в хирургических стационарах – “РОЗУМ”

Резюме. Статья посвящена эффективности проведения послеоперационного обезболивания в хирургических стационарах Украины. Определена эффективность мультимодальной анальгезии и других видов обезболивания в послеоперационном периоде. Выяв­лены предикторы возникновения неадекватного обезболивания у хирургических больных, оценены риски развития болевого синдрома у пациентов хирургического стационара. Проведена оценка использования парацетамола в схемах мультимодальной анальгезии в послеоперационном периоде.
