Безопасная седация во время кесарева сечения

Резюме. Вследствие повышения среднего возраста рожениц частота кесарева сечения увеличивается ежегодно. Нейроаксиальная анестезия является методикой выбора для операции кесарева сечения, и именно ее широкое внедрение позволило снизить материнскую смертность, связанную с осложнениями анестезии. Она также позволяет пациентке оставаться в сознании во время рождения ребенка, принимать активное участие в процессе.

В то же время, уровень тревоги и стресса во время кесарева сечения выше, нежели во время вагинальных родов, поэтому во многих случаях возникает необходимость в седации. Предложено множество методов седации, включая закись азота, пропофол, бензодиазепины, опиоиды и дексмедетомидин. Согласно результатам работ, представленных в современной литературе, безопасная седация может быть проведена даже перед началом операции и анестезии.
