A well-known pharmaceutical company invites you to participate in the competition for the position of Group Product Manager.

Candidate profile:
  • Higher medical (will be an advantage) or pharmaceutical education - mandatory
  • Knowledge of the basics of strategic marketing: market attractiveness analysis, needs analysis through segmentation, competitive analysis, targeting and positioning
  • Work experience: in marketing and sales (pharmaceutical industry) - from 3 years, experience working with international markets and portfolio development - desirable;
  • Ability to form a market strategy: analysis of the portfolio and the roles of products, selection of a competitive strategy, assessment of growth opportunities
  • Understanding of the peculiarities of market access for different product groups in the pharmaceutical industry and their potential impact on the profitability of the project and the entry model to the market
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing pharmaceutical activities in the scope sufficient to perform functional duties

Your detailed tasks are the following:
  • Analysis of market and clinical trends, filling the pipeline with products with high revenue and margin potential
  • Forecasting of sales volume, assessing the risks of not achieving volumes and developing a plan to minimize them
  • Determining the key success factors for achieving target volumes in the future and creating a target product profile based on them
  • Development of the product's strategic platform
  • Coordination of product launch plan development, monitoring of results and initiation of launch program review in case of non-achievement of key launch performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analysis of possibilities for increasing the volume of sales and margin indicators of products of the active portfolio (new territories, new shows, product improvement), initiation and implementation of the necessary activities
  • Analysis of opportunities for developing new directions to achieve target growth indicators of the company.
