YURiA-PHARM Participated in Business Process Management Conference 2025

On June 19, Kyiv hosted Ukraine’s first conference dedicated to business process management, with a focus on practical cases and real tools used by leading Ukrainian companies.
The YURiA-PHARM Group shared its experience of transitioning from local initiatives to a systemic approach — shifting the focus from optimizing individual components to building an architecture of collaboration.
“Processes are the language of the company and a space for unlocking people’s potential.
Through processes, we see how value is created, how people collaborate, and how results are achieved,”
said Taras Stolyar, Deputy CEO for Corporate Improvement and Development at YURiA-PHARM.
YURiA-PHARM is not just a pharmaceutical manufacturer — it is part of a larger system that includes hospitals, the state, suppliers, and patients. To be effective, we must speak the same language and follow shared principles and processes.
For this approach to work in practice, a capable team is needed — one that not only maintains existing processes but sees them in a strategic context. The analytical team of YURiA-PHARM has already completed business process management training from ABPMP in Ukraine and successfully passed the certification exam to confirm their qualification.
A systematic approach enables YURiA-PHARM not only to respond efficiently to change but also to set new standards for collaboration in the industry. After all, sustainable development is driven not only by innovation but also by the ability to act in a coordinated and conscious manner.
