Pain syndrome in neurology: an effective start of therapy

Resume. Musculoskeletal pain of various localizations (pain in the neck, limbs, back, joints, and diffuse pain) is one of the leading reasons for patients to see a primary care physician (MainC. J., WilliamsA. C.C., 2002). Lower back pain (LBP) is a pathological condition of the musculoskeletal system that has a significant adverse effect on quality of life. By definition, LBP is pain, numbness, or muscle tension localized between the lower edge of the lower ribs and the buttock folds (VlaeyenJ. W.S. et al., 2018; Urits A. et al., 2019).
